About the Role:

Reliant Logistics is looking for reliable, motivated drivers to deliver for FedEx on local routes in Bend, OR, Portland OR, Eugene OR and Vancouver WA. You'll hit the road in a Mercedes Sprinter van, serving your community while enjoying the independence of a driving role. If you love staying active, knowing your route, and taking pride in on-time delivery — this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:

Operate Mercedes Sprinter vans to complete local FedEx delivery routes efficiently and safely

Load, organize, and sort packages for optimized route delivery

Scan and track packages using FedEx delivery technology and handheld devices

Ensure accurate and timely delivery of parcels to residential and commercial customers

Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor when interacting with customers

Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues

Follow all DOT regulations, traffic laws, and company safety policies

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Be over 21 years old

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Must be able to lift and carry packages up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day

Strong time management skills and ability to meet daily delivery deadlines

Comfortable navigating local Bend, OR routes using GPS and delivery apps

Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Previous delivery, driving, or logistics experience is a plus but not required
