Job Description: CDL-A Company Solo or Team OTR Driver in Memphis, TN

Job Duties:

• Operate tractor-trailer combinations over long distances, including interstate highways.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Maintain accurate logs and records according to DOT regulations.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum Age: 21 years
• Minimum Experience (OTR): 3 months with electronic logs in the past 3 years, no job changes within 3 months
• CDL Requirements: Valid CDL from state of residence; transfer required if not issued by state
• No SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) violations

Driving Record:

• Moving Violations: Max 2 in past 12 months, max 4 in past 3 years; recent 12 months clean if 15+ over speed limit
• License Suspensions: None in last 12 months related to moving violations; max 2 lifetimes
• Accidents: No preventable major in past 5 years, no minor DOT Reportable in past 12 months, max 3 preventable minor Non-DOT in past 3 years
• Incidents: Max 5 combined accidents/moving violations in past 3 years
• Serious Moving Violations: Various criteria apply

Additional Details:

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,508 to $2,080
• Layover Pay/Breakdown Pay: $90 per day
• Hazmat required within 120 days, reimbursed with receipt
• Sign-On Bonus: SOLO reduced to $1,000 - $500 after first dispatch, then $500 at 120 days; TEAM reduced to $5,000 split between drivers
• Driver Types: Company Solo, Company Team (Pre-Made Only), Trainers, Owner Operator Solo, Owner Operator Team
