Job Details:
- Enjoy a predictable schedule: Out 12 days, home for a full 2 days (48 hours) every other weekend.
- Travel across all 48 states, with a focus on freight East of I-35; flexibility to follow freight demands nationwide.
- Consistent mileage: Drivers average over 2200 miles per week.
- Handle ALL no touch freight, with 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload assignments.
- Benefit from no forced dispatch into New York City or its boroughs.
Additional Details:
- Drive state-of-the-art equipment: 2021 or newer Cascadia Freightliner's or KW's.
- Average haul length exceeds 600 miles, ensuring competitive earning potential.

Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum Age: At least 21 years old.
- Minimum Experience: 3 months of experience in the last 36 months with no more than two carriers, and no preventable CMV accidents during this period.
- Compliance: No SAP (Substance Abuse Professional) violations, ensuring a streamlined and compliant work environment.
Pay and Benefits:
- Weekly Pay Guarantee:
- Solo Route: $1350/week
- Team Route: $1550/week
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,508 to $2,080
- Receive $12.50 per hour detention pay after the 2nd hour, ensuring fair compensation for your time.
- Enjoy $100 per day layover or breakdown pay to support your downtime.
- Earn up to an additional 3 CPM mileage bonus based on Safety, Mileage, & Productivity, starting from the 1st month after your hire date.
Vacation Package:
- Earn time off as you grow with us: 1 week after 1 year, 2 weeks after 3 years, 3 weeks after 7 years, and 4 weeks after 15 years.
