Weekly Ins Fees:

• Liability $94
• Occupational $48
• Bobtail $10
• Physical Damage - (Total amount) X 6% = ________ / 52 Weeks = _________
• Insurance on truck - Not mandatory to have thru carrier, if OO has his/her own
• insurance OO will need to provide a copy of policy showing PD & NTL coverage
• 1st week of insurance will always be Pro-Rated if Unit starts in the middle of the week for NEW DRIVERS

• Comdata Fees/Allowance:
• Comdata Fee of $3.00 per use

Settlement Advancement Caps:

• Local Limit is $1,500 per week, 300 gallons/day
• Regional limit is $3,100 per week, 300 gallons/day
• ​Settlement deduction will occur each Friday for the amount used on fuel card for that Work week.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have a minimum of 1 Year Class A Driving Experience
• Must live within 60 miles of the port
• Must have a valid TWIC Card
• Must have truck registered with GPA
• Must be willing to do both Local & Regional Runs
• Must have your own truck Year Model 2000 or Newer
