Position Overview:
- Role : Class A CDL Team Driver, Department of Defense Division.
- Contract Type : Independent Contractor.
Earnings and Progression:
- Percentage Pay : Start earning 65% of total settled miles, with potential increases at 100,001 miles (66%) and 200,001 miles (67%).
- Mileage Bands :
* 0 - 100,000 miles
* 100,001 - 200,000 miles
* 200,001+ miles
Bonuses and Incentives:
- Lease Completion Bonus : $8,000 ($2,000 after year one, $6,000 after year two).
- Sign-On Bonus : TPS certification completion.
- Weekly Settlements : Including 100% of billed fuel surcharge and other operational fees.
Deductions and Expenses:
- Maintenance Fund : Covers tires, brakes, oil changes, and emissions (6-14 CPM).
- Fixed Weekly Expenses : Including truck payments, insurance, and communication device rental (Approximate total: $560 - $685).
