    We're a well-established real estate investment company in Metro Detroit, on the lookout for skilled negotiators who consistently exceed expectations. If you're a proven overachiever, we want you to join our team! We're currently in search of a talented salesperson to enhance our elite sales team. No license is required for this role. It involves employing a sophisticated and strategic approach to real estate investment. While the position is remote, it does require property visits in Metro Detroit (excluding Detroit itself), so having reliable transportation is a necessity. You can access the assessment here: https://profiles.innermetrix.com/VO/eb4602ee/en Responsibilities: • Your main responsibilities in this role is to Create and build Relationships and Negotiate with potential sellers • Quickly assess potential opportunities and evaluate the level of motivation of prospects • Establish and nurture relationships with clients to facilitate the successful completion of contracts • Follow up with and cultivate leads to maximize conversion rates • Build and maintain relationships with sellers • Generate accurate property evaluations by conducting data research, performing onsite inspections, and analyzing comparative market data • Skillfully counter any objections to the purchase agreement and negotiate deals • Maintain a comprehensive log of sales activities using the company's CRM system Qualifications: • The candidate must have a proven track record in sales • Previous experience in property acquisition is highly preferred • Strong negotiation skills are required for this role • Excellent interpersonal skills are a must • A valid driver's license is necessary • The candidate should be available to visit properties throughout metro Detroit • Access to a laptop with a reliable internet connection is required • Must have personal computer and cell phone. Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
