Position: Driver & Customer Relationship Coordinator

Skypoint Transit is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Driver & Customer Relationship Coordinator. This role is essential in maintaining smooth operations and ensuring outstanding service for our customers and drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate driver reloading after outbound deliveries

Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers and customers

Address concerns and provide timely solutions to enhance service quality

Coordinate communication between dispatch, logistics, and customer service teams

Assist in scheduling and resolving transportation-related issues

Organize engagement activities to improve driver retention and customer loyalty

Address operational challenges and provide effective solutions

Maintain frequent communication with both customers and drivers

Manage dispatch paperwork flow efficiently

Stay informed on DOT regulations (or be willing to learn)

Assist with data entry and administrative support

Handle customer interactions, documentation, and internal coordination

Qualifications & Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets

Strong phone and communication skills

Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer service mindset

Exceptional attention to detail and efficiency in managing tasks
