    Our law firm is seeking a top sales performer who is ready to grow professionally while promoting the growth of our law firm as an Intake Specialist. This is an office-based role in our Villa Park office. An Intake Specialist is a non-attorney salesperson. This position does not require cold calling prospective clients. Instead, you will answer incoming calls from potential new clients (PNCs) who contact us directly to inquire about our legal services. You will also manage this book of PNCs, following up to closure. We believe in consultative selling where we help our prospective new clients make sense of their situation and how they should proceed forward. We believe the sale is the beginning of a long-term relationship with our PNCs. The Intake Specialist must have the ability to engage with callers in a way that presents the firm as client-focused, courteous, empathetic, and in such a way that the caller feels he or she has reached the right firm. For this position, you must be enthusiastic and have the ability to work within a fast-paced environment. This position requires experience with multi-operating systems, strong computer skills, excellent communication, and teamwork. Each and every workday you will talk with clients regarding their driving-related issues to determine if our firm can help them through their challenges. Our sales model requires punctuality, organization, and daily dedication to work and success. Responsibilities: • Conduct in-person, video, and telephone sales meetings and sign new clients to the firm • Follow firm-prescribed guidelines on how to communicate with PNCs in the most effective manner • Provide a general description of the firm’s services and unique offers to clients • Stay in contact with PNCs that do not hire the firm after their initial consultation to keep the door open for them to hire the firm when they are ready • Follow the established talking points, procedures, and processes that set you and the PNC up for success • Follow up, via telephone, email, videos, etc. with potential clients who have consulted with the firm but have not yet hired • Keep detailed notes in CRM • When clients hire, facilitate the hand-off to the legal team • Work closely with the Attorneys, Legal Assistants, and Firm Leadership to set and achieve goals and ensure firm protocols are being followed • Receive constant sales coaching and oversight with constructive criticism and feedback to improve, grow, and excel in your position Qualifications: Required Soft Skills • Past selling experience in a highly competitive environment • Honesty is critical and good ethical character is essential • Love connecting with people • Passionate about helping others • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment • Treats a 4:30 call on Friday with the same care and compassion as one on Monday morning • Exceptional curiosity • Ownership mindset Bonus Qualifications: • Bi-lingual • Criminal Defense experience is a plus • Inbound phone sales experience is a plus • Experience in Intake for other law firms Benefit Details: • Healthy base salary • Generous monthly commissions and bonuses • Paid Time Off • Retirement 401K matching up to 4% • Employer-paid Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance • Employer-paid life & disability insurance **Benefits of Working at Driver Defense Team:** • Become part of this fast-growing team that is well-established but still has so much growth ahead of us.
