Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and skilled Driver / Equipment Support professional to assist with the transportation, delivery, and servicing of company equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience hauling trailers, safely operating vehicles and machinery, and performing light mechanical maintenance to ensure all equipment remains in excellent working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate company trucks and trailers to transport equipment and materials between job sites and facilities.

Load, secure, and unload equipment in compliance with safety standards.

Perform basic mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment as needed (oil changes, minor repairs, inspections).

Assist with equipment organization, fueling, and readiness for field operations.

Maintain accurate delivery and service records.

Communicate effectively with supervisors and field teams to coordinate equipment needs and schedules.

Ensure vehicles and trailers are kept clean, safe, and in good working order.

Other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required).

Proven experience driving trucks with trailers and backing/parking in tight spaces.

Basic mechanical skills and ability to perform minor maintenance and repairs.

Strong attention to safety and detail.

Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.

Preferred Experience:

Prior experience in landscaping, construction, or equipment transport.

Knowledge of small engine or hydraulic equipment repair is a plus.
