About the Role:

Join Peterson Towing, Inc., a leader in the towing industry, as a Driver for our Heavy Duty Tow Truck team! This exciting opportunity allows you to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-notch service to our customers in Cadillac, MI and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

Operate heavy-duty tow trucks to transport vehicles safely and efficiently.

Respond promptly to towing requests and emergency situations.

Perform vehicle inspections and maintenance checks on towing equipment.

Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers for seamless service.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Document all towing activities and maintain accurate records.

Assist in training new drivers and provide guidance as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment and vehicle.

Requirements:

Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a clean driving record.

Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Positive attitude and a commitment to teamwork.
