  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented professional to support day-to-day transportation, logistics, and vehicle maintenance operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on position, takes pride in keeping equipment and spaces running efficiently, and can manage multiple priorities with a strong focus on safety and service.

    Responsibilities

    • Safely operate company vehicles to complete scheduled pickups, deliveries, and other transportation assignments.
    • Coordinate logistics activities to ensure timely movement of materials, equipment, and supplies.
    • Inspect vehicles and equipment before and after use, documenting issues and reporting maintenance needs promptly.
    • Perform routine preventive maintenance and minor repairs on vehicles, tools, and facility equipment as assigned.
    • Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, maintenance logs, inventory, and delivery documentation.
    • Assist with loading and unloading materials while following proper safety procedures.
    • Support warehouse, yard, or facility operations as needed, including organizing supplies and maintaining clean work areas.
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and customers to support efficient operations.
    • Follow all applicable safety regulations, traffic laws, and company policies.

    Qualifications

    • Valid driver’s license with a clean or acceptable driving record, as required by the role.
    • CLASS A CDL REQUIRED
    • Experience in driving, delivery, logistics, maintenance, facilities, or a related hands-on operational environment.
    • Ability to perform basic mechanical and maintenance tasks.
    • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.
    • Ability to lift, move, and transport materials as needed, consistent with job requirements.
    • Good organizational and time-management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Basic computer or mobile device skills for completing records and communication tasks.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Commercial driving experience or additional licensing, if applicable.
    • Experience with preventive maintenance schedules, inspections, or fleet support.
    • Familiarity with logistics software, routing tools, or inventory systems.
    • Previous experience supporting warehouse, operations, or facilities functions.
