Job Description:

As a Driver/Merchandiser, you’ll be the face of our brand, responsible for delivering perishable goods to retail and foodservice customers throughout Central Florida. Your day will include driving, loading/unloading, rotating stock, and merchandising products in stores to ensure shelves look their best. You'll also play a key part in supporting warehouse operations when needed.

Job Responsibilities:

● Safely transport and deliver perishable food products to assigned locations

● Monitoring truck maintenance schedule and coordinating necessary maintenance to ensure safe and efficient operations.

● Conducting itemized check-ins of delivered goods with customer representatives to ensure accuracy.

● Utilizing the FIFO (First In, First Out) Merchandise products in-store according to company and retailer guidelines

● Maintain product rotation to ensure freshness and reduce spoilage

● Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel and customers

● Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding route changes, issues, or customer feedback

Assist in basic warehouse duties when needed (e.g., loading inventory, organizing stock)

Job Requirements

● Basic computer skills

● Ability to speak and read English fluently

● Ability to stand for a minimum of 4 hours

● Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

● Ability to work in a refrigerated/freezer environment.

● High school diploma or equivalent; including basic math and reasoning skills

● Flexibility to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings and occasional weekends.

● Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs; push or pull objects up to 600 lbs.

● 1+ years of experience as Brand Associate or 3 years of experience in a customer service, sales, warehouse or similar role

● Successful mastery of Brand Associate essential functions and requirements
