    About Us: US Drug Test Centers is a nationwide leader in DOT and non-DOT drug and alcohol testing services. We help companies maintain compliance, reduce risk, and promote safety in the workplace. As part of our expanding compliance team, we’re looking for a Driver Qualification Specialist to manage DQ files and support client growth through outreach and relationship-building.

    Position Summary: The Driver Qualification Specialist will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate, audit-ready Driver Qualification (DQ) files for DOT-regulated clients. In addition to compliance responsibilities, this role includes proactive outreach to businesses in transportation and related industries to educate them on the importance of DQ file management and promote our suite of compliance services.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Update and maintain DOT-compliant DQ files for commercial drivers

    Monitor upcoming expiration dates (CDLs, medical cards, MVRs, etc.) and communicate with clients to keep files current

    Perform regular audits of client files to ensure FMCSA and DOT compliance

    Educate clients on federal DQ file regulations and industry best practices

    Proactively contact businesses and owner-operators to promote our DQ file management services

    Assist clients in onboarding, documentation gathering, and understanding compliance requirements

    Collaborate with internal teams (sales, compliance, drug testing coordinators) to ensure excellent client service

    Track and report outreach activity, file status, and conversion metrics

    Qualifications:

    1–3 years of experience in DOT compliance, driver qualification, or related transportation industry role preferred

    Familiarity with FMCSA regulations regarding driver qualification files

    Strong organizational and documentation skills

    Excellent written and verbal communication

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

    Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines

    Sales or customer service experience a plus
