Your Role as a Driver Recruiter:

• Lead Orientation : Host and manage orientation and information sessions for potential drivers.
• Streamline Applications : Ensure the smooth processing of applications, contracts, and vehicle assignments.
• Track and Report : Maintain accurate applicant tracking systems and generate reports to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with Retention : Provide support to the Retention Manager as needed to help maintain a strong driver base.
• Build Relationships : Foster strong connections with drivers and internal teams.
• Positive Culture : Help create a positive and supportive work environment while delivering exceptional service.
• Flexibility : Assist with any other tasks as directed by management.
