What You’ll Do:

• Strategize Recruitment: Develop and execute plans to attract and retain qualified drivers
• Set & Hit Targets: Define recruitment goals and proactively work to exceed them
• Lead Outreach Campaigns: Engage top candidates through creative and effective initiatives
• Candidate Engagement: Respond to inquiries professionally and promptly
• Host Info Sessions: Lead orientations for prospective Independent Contractors (ICs)
• Streamline Hiring: Guide applicants through onboarding, from paperwork to vehicle assignment
• Track Progress: Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
• Report Insights: Share recruitment metrics and updates with leadership
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Retention Manager and internal departments
• Foster Relationships: Build strong connections with drivers and staff to support retention
• Promote Culture: Contribute to a positive, service-oriented work environment
• Take Initiative: Support additional recruitment efforts as needed
