Driver Recruiter

zTrip, the largest taxi operation in the United States, is looking for a Driver Recruiter to help grow our driver fleet. This role is ideal for an energetic, motivated professional who enjoys recruiting, building relationships, and making a direct impact on business growth.

About the Role:

As a Driver Recruiter, you will recruit and onboard independent contractor drivers. You’ll promote zTrip through recruiting events, presentations, and outreach while managing the full recruiting process—from first contact through orientation. This role focuses on fast, efficient hiring and strong communication with drivers.

What You’ll Do as a Driver Recruiter:

• Recruit and onboard new drivers to support fleet growth
• Plan and run recruiting events and information sessions
• Respond to driver inquiries quickly and professionally
• Manage the full recruiting and onboarding process
• Track applicants and maintain recruiting reports
• Assign available vehicles and ensure contracts are completed
• Build positive relationships with drivers
• Support retention efforts as needed
• Promote a positive, service-focused culture
