What You’ll Do as a Driver Recruitment Coordinator:

Drive Recruitment Success

• Develop and implement effective strategies to attract and retain qualified drivers
• Set clear recruiting goals and take initiative to achieve—or surpass—them

Lead Outreach & Engagement

• Create and execute innovative outreach campaigns to connect with high‑quality candidates
• Respond promptly and professionally to applicant inquiries, ensuring a positive experience

Support the Hiring & Onboarding Journey

• Host informative sessions and orientations for prospective Independent Contractors (ICs)
• Guide candidates through the entire recruiting process—from first contact to onboarding and vehicle assignment

Manage Processes & Reporting

• Track applicants, maintain accurate documentation, and update the applicant tracking system
• Provide regular performance insights and recruitment reports to leadership

Strengthen Retention & Team Success

• Collaborate closely with the Retention Manager and internal teams to support smooth onboarding and long‑term driver satisfaction
• Build strong, supportive relationships with drivers and office staff
• Contribute to a positive, team‑oriented work environment
• Take initiative to assist with additional duties as needed

What You Bring as a Driver Recruitment Coordinator

• Experience in recruiting, hiring, or sales (preferred)
• Strong motivation with a goal‑driven approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
