What You’ll Do as a Driver Recruitment Coordinator:
Driver Recruitment
- Develop and execute effective strategies to attract qualified driver candidates
- Set recruiting goals and consistently meet or exceed hiring targets
Outreach & Candidate Engagement
- Lead creative outreach efforts to identify and connect with top driver talent
- Serve as a responsive, professional point of contact and provide an excellent candidate experience
Hiring & Onboarding Support
- Host informational sessions and orientations for prospective Independent Contractors (ICs)
- Guide candidates through the full recruitment process—from initial contact through onboarding and vehicle assignment
Process Management & Reporting
- Track applicants and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Provide regular recruiting updates, metrics, and insights to leadership
Retention & Team Collaboration
- Partner closely with the Retention Manager and internal teams to support smooth onboarding and long‑term driver success
- Build positive, professional relationships with drivers and office staff
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment and assist with additional projects as needed
What You Bring as a Driver Recruitment Coordinator:
- Previous experience in recruiting, hiring, sales, or a related field (preferred)
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented working style
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Dependability, initiative, and a strong sense of accountability
