Join our Norfolk team as a Driver Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator, where you’ll play a key role in growing and supporting a strong network of professional drivers. This position directly supports fleet growth by attracting, engaging, and onboarding high‑quality transportation professionals.

    What You’ll Do as a Driver Recruitment Coordinator:

    Driver Recruitment

    • Develop and execute effective strategies to attract qualified driver candidates
    • Set recruiting goals and consistently meet or exceed hiring targets

    Outreach & Candidate Engagement

    • Lead creative outreach efforts to identify and connect with top driver talent
    • Serve as a responsive, professional point of contact and provide an excellent candidate experience

    Hiring & Onboarding Support

    • Host informational sessions and orientations for prospective Independent Contractors (ICs)
    • Guide candidates through the full recruitment process—from initial contact through onboarding and vehicle assignment

    Process Management & Reporting

    • Track applicants and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
    • Provide regular recruiting updates, metrics, and insights to leadership

    Retention & Team Collaboration

    • Partner closely with the Retention Manager and internal teams to support smooth onboarding and long‑term driver success
    • Build positive, professional relationships with drivers and office staff
    • Contribute to a collaborative team environment and assist with additional projects as needed

    What You Bring as a Driver Recruitment Coordinator:

    • Previous experience in recruiting, hiring, sales, or a related field (preferred)
    • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented working style
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
    • Dependability, initiative, and a strong sense of accountability
