    We’re seeking a dedicated Driver Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Clearwater, FL. In this key role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, attracting, and onboarding qualified drivers who will help power our fleet and support our daily operations.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Develop Recruitment Strategies – Create and implement targeted plans to attract top driving talent
    • Meet Hiring Goals – Align recruitment efforts with fleet expansion objectives
    • Lead Outreach Initiatives – Manage job postings, attend career fairs, and coordinate community and online recruitment campaigns
    • Engage with Candidates – Provide timely, professional communication and a positive candidate experience
    • Facilitate Onboarding – Conduct orientations and prepare new drivers for success
    • Oversee Hiring Process – Manage applications, background checks, contracts, and vehicle assignments
    • Maintain Records – Use applicant tracking systems to monitor progress and generate reports
    • Support Retention Efforts – Collaborate with the Retention Manager to promote driver satisfaction and longevity
    • Foster Team Culture – Build strong relationships across departments and with drivers
    • Adapt and Contribute – Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed
