Your Key Responsibilities of a Driver Recruitment Specialist:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute effective approaches to attract high-quality drivers.
- Goal Achievement: Set and meet recruitment targets that support operational growth.
- Outreach & Campaigns: Create and manage marketing initiatives, outreach efforts, and recruitment campaigns.
- Candidate Engagement: Communicate quickly and professionally with prospective drivers, guiding them through each step of the hiring process.
- Onboarding Coordination: Schedule and conduct onboarding sessions for prospective independent contractors.
- Process Oversight: Ensure applicants are processed efficiently, with completed contracts and vehicle assignments.
- Data Management: Maintain applicant tracking systems, update reports, and monitor performance metrics.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Retention Manager and operations teams to maintain a strong, reliable workforce.
- Relationship Building: Build positive relationships with drivers and foster a supportive, service-focused culture.
- Adaptability: Take on additional duties as needed to support team success.
