    What You’ll Do as a Driver Talent & Engagement Specialist:

    Driver Recruiting

    • Design and execute strategies to attract qualified driver candidates
    • Meet hiring and onboarding targets through proactive recruiting efforts
    • Build strong pipelines through networking, referrals, outreach, and community involvement
    • Represent opportunities at local events and recruiting initiatives

    Onboarding & Candidate Experience

    • Serve as the main point of contact throughout the hiring journey
    • Lead onboarding sessions and orientation for Independent Contractors (ICs)
    • Guide candidates from application through onboarding and vehicle placement
    • Deliver a welcoming, professional, and seamless onboarding experience

    Driver Engagement & Retention

    • Build strong, lasting relationships with active drivers
    • Provide ongoing support to boost satisfaction and long-term retention
    • Address concerns and connect drivers with the right operational resources
    • Partner with operations and leadership to strengthen engagement programs

    Reporting & Administrative Support

    • Maintain accurate records for recruiting, onboarding, and retention
    • Track hiring activity, onboarding progress, and retention metrics
    • Share regular updates and insights with leadership
    • Support additional workforce and operational initiatives as needed

    What We’re Looking for as a Driver Talent & Engagement Specialist:

    • Experience in recruiting, staffing, retention, customer service, sales, or a related field preferred
    • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
    • Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Professional, dependable, and team-focused mindset
