About the Role:

Join MC NON-EMERGENCY TRANSPORTATION LLC as a Driver Technician, where you will play a vital role in providing safe and reliable transportation for our clients. Be part of a dedicated team that values compassion, professionalism, and exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

Transport clients to and from their residents and day program and worksite.

Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during transit.

Assist clients with boarding and disembarking from vehicles.

Maintain accurate records of trips and client information.

Conduct regular vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.

Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving.

Provide exceptional customer service and address client needs promptly.

Collaborate with dispatch and other team members for efficient operations.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Experience in non-emergency medical transportation preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lift and assist clients as needed.

Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and safety protocols.

Compassionate demeanor and commitment to client care.

Availability to work week days (Monday through Fridays).

Background check and drug screening required.
