Title: Driver / Warehouse Assistant

Reports To: Fleet Supervisor

Job Purpose: Support the Production Team by ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are delivered efficiently to job sites and properly organized within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick up and deliver materials, tools, and equipment between vendors, warehouse, office, and job sites
• Load and unload materials and equipment safely and efficiently
• Transport trailers to and from job sites as needed
• Receive, organize, and track incoming deliveries
• Stage materials for upcoming projects and maintain an organized warehouse
• Perform general building and grounds maintenance as needed
• Maintain regular and consistent attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to safety procedures
• Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the supervisor

Minimum Requirements:

• 3 years of commercial driving experience

• Have and maintain a valid Class E driver’s license and auto insurance, with Class A preferred

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to pull trailers safely, experience preferred, including equipment such as bobcats.

• High-school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Warehouse or material handling experience preferred

• Forklift experience and/or certification preferred, or willing to take the certification course

• Perform duties in an efficient, professional, and courteous manner

• Strong organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills

• Ability to stand, walk, work with your hands, drive, and move 75lbs independently for extended periods of time.

• Ability to work overtime as needed
