    Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled and reliable Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team in Westbrook, United States. In this dual role, you will be responsible for safely delivering products to customers and supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

    • Safely operate commercial vehicles (10k-26k pounds) to deliver products to customers and other company locations
    • Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations
    • Efficiently pick, load, and unload products using material handling equipment, including forklifts
    • Manage customer relationships by providing professional and courteous service during deliveries
    • Support warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory management
    • Assist with order picking, ensuring accuracy and adherence to first-in, first-out (FIFO) principles
    • Process returned products, inspecting for damage and securing items for safe return
    • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
    • Collaborate with branch team members to support overall operations and customer satisfaction
    • Adhere to all safety protocols and contribute to the company's Zero Harm culture
    • Assist with other branch activities as needed to ensure operational success
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
    • 2+ years of experience as a delivery driver, operating commercial vehicles (10k-26k pounds)
    • 1+ year of experience working in a warehouse environment
    • Forklift certification
    • Physical ability to lift and move heavy items safely
    • Strong attention to detail for accurate inventory management
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • HVAC knowledge
    • Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills
    • Effective written and verbal communication abilities
    • Demonstrated teamwork skills in a fast-paced environment
    • Basic analytical and problem-solving capabilities
    • Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office software
    • Familiarity with inventory management systems
