We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working lead installer with a minimum Class B CDL to join our team. This role will require the applicant to drive a commercial motor vehicle to and from jobs and to serve as a lead installer for parking bumper jobs. This job requires manual labor in addition to driving.

The ideal candidate will be organized with the ability to work independently while ensuring high-quality work. Project management skills and customer service are necessary traits for this role. As a lead installer, you will be responsible for the setup and installation of parking bumpers, ensuring they meet our company’s standards and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Review and plan scheduled jobs.

Load, deliver, and install materials for those jobs.

Perform installation of parking bumpers, including reviewing scope of work, discussing job details with on-site client representatives, and conducting thorough inspections of installed products to ensure highest-quality standards.

Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot any installation issues that may arise.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment during and after installations.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns related to installations.

Document installation processes and report any discrepancies or issues to management.

Requirements

Must have a valid driver's license and Class B commercial motor vehicle license with an airbrake endorsement. Class A licenses are preferred.

Proven experience in installation or construction related industry is preferred.

Familiarity with forklift operation is preferred.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
