Our Junk Removal Professionals are important front-line team members who are the company's face to our valued customers.

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking team members who genuinely care about customer service, making a positive impact on the community and the environmentcommit and like variety at work. This is not a desk job — you’ll be lifting, loading, sorting, and interacting with customers on-site while also learning the ins and outs of all aspects of the busienss.

Responsibilities:

Safely load, transport, and unload customer’s unwanted items.

Become an operational decision maker to run your route efficiently according to company standards

Partner with leadership to embrace, implement, and promote continuous improvement.

Driving eligibility is subject to insurance approval. Non-driving (navigator) roles are limited and based on business needs. (No CDL needed. Training provided)

Note: Most team members are driver-eligible, but driving assignments rotate based on route needs, crew balance, and training considerations. Driver-eligible team members may spend some shifts in the navigator seat and some shifts inn the driver seat.

Qualifications

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – this is a customer-facing role

Safety-first mindset

Endurance to lift and carry heavy items (50 lbs. or more) while climbing stairs, balancing, and walking.

Be comfortable driving a box truck (no CDL required

Must have and wear hard toe shoes while on the job
