Job Title: Construction Laborer / CDL Driver

Job Summary: We are seeking a versatile Construction Laborer with a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) to join our crew. This role is a hybrid of skilled site labor and heavy equipment/vehicle transport. You will be responsible for operating large company vehicles such as dump trucks, flatbeds, or tri-axles to and from job sites, while also performing hands-on construction tasks alongside the team.

Key Responsibilities:

Safe Operation: Drive and operate CDL-required vehicles (Class A or B) to transport materials, debris, and heavy machinery to various job sites.

Site Labor: Perform general construction tasks, including site work, paving, excavation, or masonry when not driving.

Equipment Maintenance: Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and ensure equipment is properly secured for transport.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with supervisors and crew members to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.

Requirements:

Licensing: Valid Class A or B CDL with a clean driving record.

Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.

Reliability: Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a focus on safety.

Must be able to read and write English.
