Your Responsibilities as a Shuttle Driver

• Safely operate a passenger van on assigned routes
• Provide prompt, courteous pick‑ups and drop‑offs
• Deliver outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
• Complete daily pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections
• Report delays, issues, or vehicle concerns as they arise
• Ensure a safe, comfortable experience for every passenger

What You’ll Need as a Shuttle Driver:

• Minimum age 25 (insurance requirement)
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to safety
• Strong communication and people skills
• Familiarity with the Pittsburgh area is helpful, but not required
