The Sales Associate role will support Account Managers and be responsible for the retention and growth of existing clients. Duties include quoting projects, entering orders, follow up, and general customer service. We expect you to arrive with a ton of energy, great ideas and make us better every day!

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supporting over 6K customers from quoting to order completion. 
• Partner with internal teams such as marketing, sales, creative, finance, operations, etc. to ensure there are no gaps in the customer experience
• Raising red flags wherever the business process – billing, installation or anything pre or post sales – needs correction to ensure the customer has a seamless experience with the company
• Collect, track and analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements internally based on the insights gathered - help measure metrics to gauge how the brand is performing on Customer Experience performance parameters
• Work with the technology teams to ensure a seamless brand and buying experience with the technology in place
• Responsible for composing client correspondence and maintaining databases
• Supporting team members and customer base by executing quotes and order entry.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of marketing, sales, and negotiating techniques
• General knowledge and interest of golf/sports and the retail apparel brands that we partner with is a plus
• Documenting/Recording Information
• Detail-oriented, ability to multitask and prioritize tasks with strict deadlines
• Number driven person with an interest in sales
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Gmail, and the ability to learn our in-house ERP
• Experience in customer service, retail, and or promotional products is also a plus
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• Demonstrates a professional, team first attitude towards work and co-workers
