This position provides customer support across the organization in addition to completing daily job duties.     RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Monitors customer accounts and communicates issues and opportunities on a daily basis

    · Responsible for collecting and entering customer information into company systems

    · Engage in customer success activities including onboarding, training, & customer support

    · Develop and maintain positive working relationships with customers and other key partners

    · Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management.

    · Utilize strong communication skills to engage in all aspects of customer communications

    · Improve customer relations experience, create engaged customers, and facilitate organic growth

    · Take ownership of customers’ issues and follow problems through to resolution

    · Develop, track and report key customer relations performance measurements

    · Provide feedback/suggestions to continuously improve the DrizzleX dashboard

    · Help build support content that customers will use for self-help

    · Optimize customer response-times across all channels (email, chat, social, phone, etc.)

    · Contribute to building a brand and strong company culture

    · Perform other job-related duties as required

     

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum one-year customer service experience or equivalent education and experience
    • Minimum of one-year experience in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
    • Must be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
    • Detail oriented, self-motivated, resourceful, and reliable
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Bi-lingual in English & Spanish is highly desirable
    • Pleasant disposition with a customer service focus
    • Ability to work with minimal supervision
