    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Management Trainer to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to train the incumbent Parts Inventory Manager on the technical aspects of the position and to provide in-depth training on the technical aspects of the work performed by each team member. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inventory management, a deep understanding of the technical tools and systems used in the field, and the ability to effectively transfer knowledge to others.

    Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the Parts Inventory Manager and other relevant stakeholders to identify training needs.
    • Evaluate the technical proficiency of the current team and assess areas for improvement.
    • Design and develop comprehensive training programs focused on the technical aspects of inventory management.
    • Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and other relevant documentation.
    • Deliver engaging and effective training sessions to the Parts Inventory Manager and team members.
    • Cover topics such as inventory control, stock rotation, order fulfillment, and the use of relevant software and tools.
    • Provide hands-on demonstrations of technical processes, utilizing real-world scenarios to enhance understanding.
    • Guide trainees through practical exercises to reinforce theoretical knowledge.
    • Ensure that the Parts Inventory Manager and team members are proficient in using inventory management software, tracking systems, and other technical tools.
    • Address specific technical challenges faced by the team and provide solutions.
    • Stay updated on industry best practices and technological advancements in inventory management.
    • Modify training programs as needed to reflect changes in processes, tools, or regulations.
    • Collect feedback from trainees to assess the effectiveness of training programs.
    • Conduct periodic evaluations to measure the technical proficiency of the Parts Inventory Manager and team members.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in inventory management, with a focus on technical aspects.
    • Strong knowledge of inventory management software, tracking systems, and related tools.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable and actionable training materials.
    • Prior experience in developing and delivering training programs is a plus.
