We're looking for a curious, driven, and technically savvy intern to help build, test, and refine next‑generation drone systems. If you love tinkering with hardware, diving into flight control software, and pushing the limits of what drones can do—this role is for you.
What You'll Do
Develop and document system requirements for remote drone command and real‑time data streaming
Assemble, integrate, and calibrate hardware on a small quadcopter platform
Configure flight controllers and firmware to enable reliable telemetry and remote pilot commands
Perform both bench & field testing to validate performance and reliability
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and communication issues
Work closely with engineers to document configurations, results, and improvements
What You Bring
Currently pursuing a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field
Hands-on experience with hardware assembly, soldering, or basic electronics
Familiarity with flight controllers (e.g., Pixhawk ) and autopilot software ( PX4, ArduPilot, Betaflight )
Basic understanding of wireless communication and data streaming
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
