Job Description
We are looking for a person with excellent data entry skills that is customer service-oriented for a general office position able to multitask in a fast paced office environment. We require excellent customer service standards, respond efficiently to inquiries and maintain a positive teamwork attitude. This candidate will have excellent communication ability, good mathematical and grammar skills, eager to help team members with enthusiasm.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- High amount of data entry
- Manage large amounts of incoming calls and emails
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of interactions, process and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Physically able to carry 25/lb boxes and occasionally and walk truck yard
SKILLS
- Must be Bilingual(Spanish)
- Strong and accurate data entry ability
- Proven customer support experience
- Fluent in G Suit, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters while keeping a professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- High school degree
