    Droplette is revolutionizing drug delivery: we are building a disruptive needle-free platform technology with groundbreaking applications in cosmetics, gene delivery, and healthcare. 

    Droplette's technology encompasses a connected hardware device, a consumable filled with a formulation, and a wireless inductive charger. We are setting up our manufacturing facility and are seeking Assembly Technician candidates interested in assisting with various parts of the assembly process (including capsule filling/sealing/boxing, device testing, and fulfillment). This would be a position paid hourly (with the option for OT), competitive benefits offered. This role is located in the Seaport District and is onsite 5 days a week. The shift is 10am to 6pm EST.

    • Above all, you've got to be reliable. If you're ready to go at the start of each shift, you're A-OK in our book!
    • Even though you don't have much (or any) experience, that's not a problem – the Assembly Technician positions are entry-level jobs with room for you to learn and grow.
    • Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Filling & sealing capsules with formulations 
    • Die-Cutting filled & sealed capsules out of a mold 
    •  Assisting with device assembly (including component tuning, PCB testing, and functional testing)
    • Building boxes, inlays, and other packaging materials 
    • Shipping and assisting with other fulfillment tasks

     

    WHAT WE SEEK:

    • High school or GED equivalent
    • Experience with pipetting is a plus 
    • Experience with hand crafts that require precise cutting is a plus
