Influencer Community Coordinator

Droplette is a biotech/skincare company revolutionizing transdermal delivery of formulations for cosmetic and medical applications. We are building a disruptive needle-free platform technology comprised of a connected device and an underlying software data platform, with groundbreaking applications in cosmetics, gene delivery, and healthcare.

We are backed by top tier VCs and closed our series A funding. Droplette's technology encompasses a connected hardware device, a consumable filled with a formulation, and a wireless inductive charger.

We have launched our initial product offerings and are seeking candidates interested in assisting with influencer marketing via social media. This will be an entry-level, salaried position. We are in Boston, MA but are open to remote candidates.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create weekly influencer target lists

• Oversee contract drafting and execution for partnerships

• Manage timely deliverables and payments

• Assist with monthly budget reconciliation

• Responsible for no-charge orders and inventory tracking

• Manage logistics for partnership requests and relevant mailings

• Liaise with PR agency on day-to-day needs

Requirements

• ~1 year of experience in communications-adjacent field

• Bachelor's Degree

• Exceptional attention to detail and troubleshooting abilities

• Strong project management and organizational skills

• Experience with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube – preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Strong writing and verbal communication skills are required
