  • Responsibilities

    ROLE

    As a Graphic Designer/Videographer, your role is to produce high-quality digital assets and marketing content for use on platforms including but not limited to internal team resources, social media, and online advertisements.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Creating & Editing digital assets including but not limited to:

    • Social Media Content - Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn.

    • Ad Creative - Photo & Video for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube - experience with this skill set is REQUIRED if you do not have a marketing background with respect to design and editing this is not a good fit.

    • E-books, pamphlets, and other client or prospect-related assets.

    • Web banners and social media banners.

    • Internal team resources.

    • Designing logos for external and internal use.

    • Creating Sales funnel page design.

    • Uploading edited content to cloud platforms such as Google Drive, Dropbox Wistia, or as per company guidelines.

    • Intentionally creating content with a marketing narrative that drives buying decisions.

    • Producing content using products shipped to you by RE Commerce (both video and photo) and editing raw content sent to you by the CEOs and leadership team.

    • Effectively adapting to the RE Commerce and its brands, feel, and style to minimize revisions.

    • Meeting project deadlines and submitting projects for review by the CEOs in a timely manner to allow for necessary revisions and improvements as noted.

    • Continuously seeking further education on new trend topics and technologies to maximize efficiency

    RESULTS

    • The ideal turnaround time is between 1-3 business days (subject to adjustment based on project size and needs of the business).

    • All projects are completed by 9 am EST the day of the listed deadline.

    • Projects regularly require no more than 2 rounds of revision for preference updates, mistakes, additions, etc.

    • Familiar with GSuite, Slack, and Monday.com.

    • Post engagement on all social media platforms consistently increases over time.

    • Conversion metrics on ads consistently maintain or increase over time.

    • Able to effectively manage projects with a team in order to meet deadlines.

    • Highly organized and punctual.

    • A strong sense of ownership and work smarter not harder mentality.

    • Someone who is not afraid to voice their ideas and bring new views to the table to help grow and further sophisticate the brand.
