    The Drury Collection of Hotels is seeking an experienced hotel manager with multiple years of hotel management experience to support guest services at our historic Drury Plaza property on the Riverwalk.

    About the Role of Guest Services AGM for Drury's Plaza Riverwalk Property:

    This position emphasizes the recognition of individuals for their unique contributions and efforts while maintaining a warm and welcoming approach. As an essential part of Drury Hotels' Operations Leadership team, your role will involve:

    Exhibiting expert leadership in front of house, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest service.

    Training, guiding, and supporting team members to realize their full potential in their roles.

    Upholding high standards of quality, service, profitability, and team achievement aligned with key business metrics.

    Serving as a standard for quality assurance best practices daily, ensuring the team consistently meets or exceeds all performance benchmarks.

    Qualifications To Be Considered:

    Prior hotel management experience is required.

    Selfless passion to serve others and exceed guests’ expectations.

    Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.

    Minimum of one-year supervisory experience with demonstrated leadership success.

    Bilingual preferred, not required.

    Requires ability to walk and stand during entire working period. Requires ability to lift 10 - 15 pounds intermittently during the work shift.
