We are seeking a friendly and hard-working associate to join our team! As our Front Counter Associate, you’ll be the friendly face that greets customers, accepts their clothing, helps them with questions, and ensures they leave happy. You’ll play a key part in keeping our shop running smoothly and creating a positive experience for every customer.

What You’ll Do:

Welcome customers with a smile and friendly conversation

Receive and tag garments for cleaning or alterations

Enter orders accurately into our point-of-sale system

Handle payments and issue receipts

Help customers pick up their finished items

Keep the front counter clean and organized

Work with our team to make sure orders are ready on time

What We’re Looking For:

A warm, positive attitude and genuine love for helping people

Strong communication and listening skills

Dependable and detail-oriented

Comfortable using a computer or register

Previous customer service experience is a plus (but we’ll train the right person!)
