About the Role:

Shamrock Cleaners in Tallahassee, FL is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Dry Cleaning Technician to join our team! This is a great opportunity to bring your expertise in garment care and textile cleaning to a trusted local business that takes pride in delivering exceptional results to every customer.

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain dry cleaning machines, pressing equipment, and finishing tools

Inspect garments for stains, damage, and special care instructions prior to cleaning

Apply appropriate spotting and stain removal techniques to a variety of fabrics

Sort, tag, and track garments to ensure accurate order fulfillment

Press, steam, and finish cleaned garments to a professional standard

Package and prepare completed orders for customer pickup or delivery

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety standards

Requirements:

Previous experience in dry cleaning, laundry, or garment care preferred

Familiarity with dry cleaning solvents, spotting chemicals, and pressing equipment

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify fabric types and care labels

Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically repetitive tasks

Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
