Offering • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance • 401(k) Plan & IRA • Employee referral program • Paid Time Off • Paid Holidays • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Cell Phone Allowance • Tool Assistance Program • Growth Opportunities Responsibilities: What You'll Get To Do • Conduct water, fire, smoke, and mold restoration work as per the Project Manager's instructions • Finishing painting, trimming, insulation, and flooring tasks when necessary and as directed • Ensuring that structures are restored to a level that is equivalent to or better than their pre-loss condition • Maintaining open communication channels with customers, homeowners, and Field Supervisor Qualifications: • Precise measuring and math skills are required • Strong physical condition and excellent hand dexterity • A high school diploma or GED is preferred • In-depth knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and techniques • Valid driver’s license required • MUST have prior construction, remodeling, and/or restoration work experience • MUST have a good driving record and a valid driver’s license • MUST have excellent customer service skills Experience in any of these trades is desired: • Millwork and trim • Doors • Windows • Siding • Finish carpentry • Drywall • Paint • Tile • Laminate floor • Engineered wood floor • Carpet installs • Vinyl installs • Cabinetry • Framing Compensation: $25 - $35 hourly DOE
