As the Restoration Project Manager, your role will involve overseeing the project's overall performance, managing finances, assigning tasks, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Effective delegation skills are crucial to optimize the support staff and subcontractors' assistance in completing the project within the set timeframe and budget. What Our Project Managers Enjoy • Representing a company renowned for its exceptional service quality • Access to growth opportunities and chances for advancement • Being part of an organization that restores lives and businesses affected by water, mold, smoke, and fire damage • Engaging in a fun and collaborative culture with like-minded individuals • Working alongside accomplished professionals and becoming a valued member of a high-performing company Benefits: • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance • 401(k) Plan & IRA • Employee Referral Program • Paid Time Off • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Cell Phone Allowance • Growth Opportunities • Tool Assistance Program Responsibilities: What You'll Get To Do • Oversee projects from initial assignment to final billing and collections • Inspect new opportunities, document work scope, and create Xactimate change orders and TM estimates • Maintain consistent communication with customers and insurance companies throughout projects • Provide field documentation, photo logs, graphs, and sketches for TPA projects • Update files with relevant notes, receipts, and progress updates • Ensure a positive customer experience and request reviews when appropriate • Act as a project subject expert and delegate tasks to support staff • Manage budgets and revenue to meet department profitability goals • Keep project statuses active and meet monthly/quarterly financial targets • Serve as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders • Regularly report project progress and budget updates to customers • Collaborate with the administrative team and assign tasks as needed Qualifications: What We Expect You To Have • A valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is a mandatory requirement for this position • Previous experience in property restoration and proficiency in writing estimates using Xactimate and Symbility are highly valued skills • An Associate degree is a minimum qualification, while a Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role • Exceptional communication skills are essential to effectively engage with all project stakeholders • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and expertise in project management are critical qualifications • The ability to work independently, provide weekly status reports, and showcase problem-solving skills are key requirements • Possession of an IICRC certification would be advantageous for this position Compensation: $75,000 - $105,000 yearly
