Your responsibilities will include managing finances, assigning tasks, and ensuring a top-notch customer experience. You will need to outline the project's scope of work and create budgets to guarantee a seamless flow throughout. Strong delegation skills are critical to effectively utilize support staff and subcontractors to complete the project within the allocated timeframe and budget. Offering • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance • 401K Plan & IRA • Employee Referral Program • Paid Time Off • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Cell Phone Allowance • Growth Opportunities • Tool Assistance Program Responsibilities: What You'll Get To Do • Project oversight from when a new opportunity is assigned through final billing and collections • Inspecting new opportunities, photographing the work scope, and generating an Xactimate, change order, and TM estimates • Maintaining communication with customers and insurance throughout the project, including approvals and signing contracts with customers • Providing appropriate field documentation, photo logs, graphs, and sketches for various TPA projects • Updating files with relevant notes, receipts, and updates pertaining to job progress throughout the course of the project • Managing a positive customer experience and reaching out for reviews when appropriate • Act as a subject expert on the project while managing and delegating tasks to the support staff • Managing budgets and revenue to maintain profitability within the department’s defined goals • Maintain active project statuses at all times • Ensure monthly and quarterly financial goals are met as set by the department • Serve as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders • Report project progress and budget updates to customers on a regular basis • This role collaborates with our administrative team and assigns tasks as required Qualifications: What We Expect You To Have • Must possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record • Desirable experience in property restoration and knowledge of writing estimates through Xactimate • Educational background of an Associate degree; Bachelor's degree preferred • Capable of communicating effectively with all parties involved in the project • Computer and technology-savvy • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite • Demonstrated proficiency in project management and/or coordinating assignments • Self-motivated and able to submit weekly status reports • Possesses a sense of urgency, problem-solving ability, and the capability to make decisions independently • Having an IICRC certification is a plus The Kind Of People We Look For • Outgoing and engaging demeanor • Able to listen and learn • Motivated to bring a positive influence Compensation: $75,000 - $105,000 yearly
