The Lead Contents Specialist plays a pivotal role in leading and overseeing all aspects of content and cleaning projects as directed by the project management team. Working in collaboration with the Mitigation Foreman, Coordinators, Facilities Manager, and Field Supervisor, the Contents Specialist ensures the successful execution of content-related tasks, from pack-out and cleaning to storage and documentation. This role is responsible for maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, content crew performance, and efficient project management. Offering • Competitive hourly compensation • Health, Dental, Vision Insurance & HSA • 401(k) Plan & IRA • Employee referral program • Paid Time Off • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Cell Phone Allowance • Growth Opportunities • Tool Assistance Program Responsibilities: What you'll get to do • Lead and supervise the content team to ensure the successful completion of content projects • You will be the main point of contact on-site during production to handle any project-related issues or inquiries • Conduct Encircle setup and thorough crew training for effective platform utilization • You will supervise the packing and meticulous tracking of items in storage vaults • Directing the Facilities team in the proper handling and organization of vault contents • Collaborate with the Facilities team to maintain an adequate stock of cleaning and contents supplies • Assist Coordinators in scheduling content projects to ensure timely execution and adherence to timelines • Compile and manage an inventory of non-salvageable contents for proper disposal • Coordinate with Facilities for the distribution of relevant fleet vehicles • Provide comprehensive content and cleaning training for new hires to meet project standards and safety requirements • Obtain and maintain fire certification within two months and content certification within six months of starting • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all paperwork and documentation related to content projects • Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction throughout all project phases • Maintain open communication with the project management team to address any customer concerns promptly Qualifications: What we expect you to have • Previous experience in leading content and cleaning projects • Strong project management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in relevant software and technology, especially Encircle, is a must • The ability to provide clear and effective training to crew members is important for success • Commitment to safety standards and certifications is necessary for this role • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation are crucial skills • Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs and schedules is expected in this position. • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for this role in Tualatin, OR, US. Compensation: $20 - $28 hourly
