We are seeking a driven and responsive Restoration Emergency Response Coordinator with a strong focus on business development and 24/7 response capabilities to join our dynamic team in the Mitigation and Restoration industry. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the critical link between our company and customers affected by disasters such as fires, floods, and other emergencies. Your primary responsibilities will include providing immediate assistance, guidance, and resources to customers while also strategically soliciting business for our restoration services. This position demands quick thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage crisis situations, all while contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Offering • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance • 401(k) Plan & IRA • Employee referral program • Paid Time Off • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Cell Phone Allowance • Growth Opportunities • Tool Assistance Program Responsibilities: • Immediately attend to emergency calls and be present at sites of disasters 24/7 to demonstrate our commitment to customer service • Upon arrival, evaluate the damage inflicted and immediate requirements, making sure the safety and comfort of customers are guaranteed • Identify potential opportunities to extend our client base and form new business relationships within the restoration response industry • Establish and maintain ties with insured individuals, building managers, and potential leads • Strategically match resources, such as personnel and equipment, with the Production dept. to service the need and showcase our capabilities to possible clients • Compile and record the extent of damage, emphasizing our commitment to professionalism and transparency • Propose restoration services, outlining the scope of the job, timeline, and advantages • Continually communicate with clients, providing developments on the progress of the mitigation and restoration process • Quickly and professionally answer any of the customer's concerns Qualifications: • Previous experience in emergency response, mitigation, or restoration services, with a strong background in business development, is highly preferred • Demonstrated proficiency in effective business development and achieving sales success • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to impress potential clients and provide reassurance to distressed individuals • Quick thinking and the ability to make sound decisions in high‐pressure situations • Strong business acumen and a results‐oriented mindset for developing new opportunities • Proficiency in using mobile devices and applications for documentation, communication, and tracking business leads • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to respond to emergency calls and meet clients.Capability to accommodate irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, in response to emergency situations Compensation: $60,000 - $125,000 per year DOE
