Offering • Health, Dental & Vision Insurance • 401(k) Plan & IRA • Employee referral program • Paid Time Off • Paid Holidays • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) • Cell Phone Allowance • Tool Assistance Program • Growth Opportunities Responsibilities: What You'll Get To Do • Lead and execute a job action plan for restoration production • Set up monitoring drying equipment in customers’ homes or commercial spaces • Communicate with the foreman, team members, and homeowners • Document customer files with photos and notes in the customer database • Remove damaged or affected materials lined out by the foreman in a controlled area • Move and store customer belongings as directed by the foreman • Display competency with mitigation tools, including power tools, and truck-mounted extractor • Extract standing water if needed • Maintain and adhere to job site safety compliance • Participate in and manage after-hours on-call rotation responsibilities • Additional duties as assigned as needed Qualifications: What We Expect You To Have • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in relevant software and technology • High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation • Commitment to safety standards • Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs • Able to regularly walk, stand, bend, and twist • Ability to work in tight or confined spaces, as well as heights • Adaptability to changing needs and schedules • Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and reliable transportation The Kind Of People We Look For • Outgoing and engaging demeanor • Able to listen and learn • Motivated to bring a positive influence Compensation: $23 - $27
