The Foreman works closely with the Project Management and Superintendent teams to turn a project’s scope into an effectively planned worksite. The Foreman oversees labor planning and client satisfaction within the defined budgets and timeline for the project. This position involves both office time, site visits, and hands-on fieldwork to effectively enact a project. This position will provide on-site supervision and training to the crew. A successful candidate is organized and able to coordinate materials and labor within the pre-defined limits of a project. The Foreman is primarily responsible for overseeing safety and workmanship quality with a focus on team culture. They will communicate issues to the Superintendents as they arise. Compensation: $28 - $30 hourly
