The Role

Creates proposals based on the identified problems with homes and buildings based on your inspection.

Close on the proposals that are generated in the home.

Follow Up on all unsold proposals.

Attend all training and meetings.

Performs general data entry

Responds efficiently to employees and homeowners regarding the status of multiple documents and projects

Interacts effectively with employees and homeowners

The Necessities

Previous sales experience

Valid state driver’s license

Be able to obtain and hold an MHIC license
