Seeking a candidate for an entry level Dryer Vent Technician Assistant. We will provide training for all of the necessary skills! This position also has the potential for advancement!

As a Dryer Vent Wizard service technician assistant, you are a key member of our team responsible for assisting the technician in bringing customer’s dryer vent systems up to code, making them safer and more efficient. You will build customer relationships and uphold our standard of outstanding customer service.

We are looking for someone who is able to articulate information to supervisors, employees, and customers professionally. You are a team player, can take direction, have self-initiative, thrive in a fast-moving environment, and are able to manage your time effectively to meet deadlines.

Purpose:

As a Service Technician Assistant, the main responsibility is to provide assistance to the Service Technician in dryer vent cleaning, repair, rerouting, and maintenance services for residential, multi-units, and commercial locations.

Duties:

· Present yourself in a professional manner at all times; uphold company image

· Assist in servicing customer’s dryer vent system as indicated by inspection results

· Available to answer any questions and provide thorough responses

· Accurately and legibly provide assessment and invoice when applicable

· Clearly define and describe the features and benefits of products/services as requested

· Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order/condition

Skills / Qualifications:

· Willing to learn how to work with hand tools

· Willing to learn how to climb and handle ladders up to 32 feet in height

· Ability to learn how to work within constricted spaces such as attics, crawlspace, or closets

· Ability to learn how to work on rooftops

· Ability to work required business hours and weekends (rarely) when necessary

· Ability to effectively communicate with customers, management, and team members
