Responsibilities: Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Has superb interpersonal and communication skills Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired Show a track record of real estate success 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Current California Real Estate License (or in the process, let's chat about this) • Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude • Sales, customer service or real estate sales background preferred • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations Compensation: $60,000+ (commission based potential)
