You’ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property. Responsibilities: Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Qualifications: A valid Real Estate License is required for this job Must possess a real estate license Experience with the local real estate market and general trends Show a track record of real estate success Has superb interpersonal and communication skills 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Current California Real Estate License (or in the process, let's chat about this) • Display a people-oriented, positive and customer-focused attitude • Sales, customer service or real estate sales background preferred • Display persistence and resilience when working through challenging situations Compensation: $60,000+ (Commission Based)
